Albino? Wait What?

Fun Fact: All those pictures are of the same cat. How is it possible that a kitten born all white turned color? Well, the answer is he is a temperature sensitive albino. He has a special gene that only activates when his temperature is below normal. Well, the places on his body that have color are below normal. Do you know anyone who always has cold hands or feet? It's the same principal. Andre's nose, ears, face, feet, and tail are colder than the rest of his body, so his special gene turned the color on in those spots. He has blue eyes because there is not pigment in his iris so his eyes will appear to be blue. Because the gene responsible for the color change is a recessive gene, he had to get it from both parents. You would never guess looking at his mother. Did you see her in the first picture?
