I got sucked in! This toy is not as fun as it looks.

There is a new cat toy on the market by Dezi and Roo. They are balls with tales. If you get the sample pack of three, there is a superball, a ping-pong ball, and a hard plastic ball. The ping-pong and plastic balls both have something inside that makes noise. Maybe rice or sand. I have not broken them open yet.

Because it bounces, the superball is the best one but that is not saying much. In the commercial, the ball bounces more than once and the tail keeps moving. That is not how it works in real life. If you bounce the ball hard it will bounce again and then the tail ends up wrapped around the ball.

I will say that the novelty of the toy did get our cat's attention for the first few days, especially if I initiated play, but it has been 23 days and they are over the balls. These toys can be made at home really cheaply. The $13.90 including tax, I spent was not worth it. I don't know how they make those tails keep going on the commercial, but I call this toy a rip-off and a bomb. If you want to try them for yourself, I suggest you make them yourself.
