Today is National Hug Your Cat Day

Not all cats like to be hugged. Some don’t even like to be touched too much, but if you have one that loves to be carried around or lay in your lap, today is your day. Neither of our cats like being held, but our foster baby Iris loves attention in all forms.

If you don’t have a cat at home visit a shelter or pet supply store you may do more than get some cat love for yourself. You will also provide a cat with some much needed positive attention that will help that cat feel safe around people.
